Your Facilitator

You've probably figured it out by now, but just in case - my name is Scott Miller.  For the past 12 years, my mission has been to help property damage restoration company owners grow revenue, improve profitability and develop a culture of accountability with their teams.

How I help my Clients:
My Motto, “Helping Owners and their Teams Grow Personally, Professionally and Financially” represents the desire I have for owners and their teams to be happy and achieve their goals. Working with you to gain an understanding of your unique aspirations is how I like to begin every coaching and group facilitation relationship. No matter where you are in your business – just getting started or ready to exit the business – I understand the challenges and opportunities every step of the way. We will go through a process of understanding where you are in terms of revenue, profitability, cash-flow, meeting rhythm, “paperwork” flow, tracking of the customer from first contact through collection of the last dollar and uncover the areas where you would like to see improvement. We'll create specific action plans and you and your team will progress towards the achievement of your goals.

My Experience:
I’ve owned and operated several businesses since 1993. In 2005, I started a property damage restoration business as a franchisee of a national system and later became independent. I sold the restoration business in 2017 and had a seven-figure exit. For the past 12 years, I have been coaching independent and franchise business owners involved with Property Damage Restoration, General Contracting and E-Commerce concepts. I also own a mobile auto glass repair and replacement business (True Blue Auto Glass) which serves Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.

Personal Interests:
When I’m not keeping busy with my work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children. We live in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. I also study music theory and jazz guitar as much as I can. I grew up in Allentown, PA and moved to the Philadelphia area in 1986 to attend Drexel University.
